F-205-1G感应位置传感器通过带有可动芯的差动变压器将小的直线位移转换为电气模拟信号。磁芯安装在推杆上，推杆可以通过内置弹簧压在待测物体上， 或刚性连接到物体。传感器提供直流电压。 内置振荡器提供交流电压为差分变压器供电。变压器的二次电压由内置的调制器整流。 振荡器和解调器是混合电路。 直流输出电压与磁芯的位移严格成比例，因此，要测量的位移。 电零点位于推杆的有用行程的中间。
